Shipping

US orders through DCM Life Inc. are currently shipped from the United States via either USPS, DHL or FedEx. We also ship worldwide but please note that shipments sent outside the U.S. may be charged customs and import duties by the local customs authority. Please contact them if you have questions regarding customs and/or import duties before placing an order. Although the products we sell are generally allowed in most countries, we are not responsible for orders that are not cleared by customs.

We aim to have your order shipped within 24 hours on normal working days if not sooner.

International orders

Please note shipments may take longer than normal to reach their destination depending on customs in your country. This can delay things up to an additional month. Please contact your local customs for any info regarding your package.
