Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. DCM Life Inc. does not refund or provide return credits for opened or used product. Product must be returned to us in its original packaging.
All bundle products are final sale. If you are unsure if a supplement is for you, please order it separately to test before ordering a bundle. Products that are part of a bundle which have broken seals (both outer and inner need to be damaged to consider the bottle compromised) will be replaced. Please send us an image of the bottle in question and we will review the situation.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs fees. It is also our right to refuse international shipments due to customs restrictions. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return credits will be provided less the initial shipping and handling costs.
To return your product, first please email us at: orders@dcm-life.com with your order number. We will provide you with an RMA (return authorization number) and mailing instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
